2628cc8b80 Refactored a div class tag to be more general. 
Added site style to the secure pages. Renamed LoginController
to SecureLoginController.

a491c4b921 Added the secure logins for site. 
removed htaccess in favor of a custom authentication.
Most pages are linking to the secure login screen now.
I added a minutes page to keep the meeting minutes.
Successful logins.
