Added site style to the secure pages. Renamed LoginController to SecureLoginController.
The secure website section needs to be reformatted so that it has matching style along with the rest of the website.
removed htaccess in favor of a custom authentication. Most pages are linking to the secure login screen now. I added a minutes page to keep the meeting minutes. Successful logins.
